Support the on-going development of Salesforce into the business and champion its use across various events and products.

  • Provide CRM support and take ownership of key daily Salesforce administration & tasks
  • Participate in system testing
  • Lead in end-user training and system adoption sessions.
  • Support marketing in maintaining there extensive & varied database of customers
  • Extract data and preparing reports, statistics and increasing the quality of data through research activities.
  • Experience in administering salesforce systems with some complexity.
  • Comfortable and analyzing large amounts of complex data.
  • Able to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of Salesforce including administration and customization
