Head of Retention
This is an FTC for 12-18 months
A non-profit organization is seeking a Head of Retention and Customer Journeys. In this pivotal role, you'll design and deliver multi-channel campaigns to improve retention rates. You'll also improve customer journeys across all channels.
This is a hybrid role based in central London with 4 direct reports with a sizable team for implementation.
Key responsibilities consist of :
- Planning and executing loyalty strategies to support their client's brand retention efforts.
- Ensure the CRM platform captures all required information at key points in the customer cycle
- Drive the CRM campaign strategy to increase loyalty and improve retention of customers
- Develop new communication strategies to support customer acquisition and retention
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the current customer journeys
Key Requirements:
- Experience using MS Office
- Experience with product marketing, CRM and customer retention
- Customer cross-selling experience on multiple channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience with growing revenue

Salary is £64,000 - £68,000 per year
