Exciting opportunity for a Retail E-Commerce Manager on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract for a leading Charity in central London.
As the Retail E-Commerce Manager you will be responsible for all online sales, trouble shooting and maximising sales by creating and delivering an E-Commerce strategy that will drive conversions and AOV through all channels.
Key responsibilities for the role include;
- Managing the E-Commerce budget
- Ensure E-Commerce system are compliant with all relevant legislation
- Set the data capture strategy to support reporting and insight
- Forecast all E-Commerce sales channels and set KPI's
- Manage external supplier relationships
- Prioritise website developers workload
- Accountable for delivery of website development work
- Accountable for website development UAT testing
- Create and deliver SEO/SEM strategy
- Analyse E-Commerce data to ensure optimal user experience
- Plan E-Commerce promotional activity for website
- Analyse effective conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Responsible for management and development of Retail E-Commerce Executive
About you;
- Experience using Magento
- Good standard of General Education
- Good working knowledge and experience of E-commerce activities
- Experience with the continual development model for retail platforms
- Proven experience managing technical projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience of procuring, managing and motivating key suppliers, ensuring they deliver excellent value
- Experience of monitoring effectiveness of activity through KPIs and other measurement tools
- Good Analytical Skill
- Strong Attention to detail
- Good verbal & written communication skills and ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with third parties
- Self motivated and good team player with ability to work effectively with diverse
The following would be desirable but not essential
- A background in retail/fashion
- Experience of SEARCH Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Experience of line management
- Proven Experience at developing and delivering user experience
- Empathy with mission, objectives and values of TRBL
