Our contract team is thriving and we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with some experience to join a busy and friendly team. There are multiple areas we are interested in branching into including eCommerce, FMCG, creative, Not-For-Profit, Property, Financial Services and Professional Services. If you have any experience in these areas, great - but we are keen to speak to Recruitment Consultants from any industry with an interest in Marketing, Comms and Digital.
Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively source candidates
- Track and record client and candidate information adhering to database processes
- Key account management with existing and new clients through regular communication and client visits.New business development through a variety of BD techniques, generating new jobs to ensure ongoing revenue opportunities
- Negotiate fee rates in line with the company authority matrix
- Write and place effective recruitment advertisementsEngage with your network to promote and support business initiatives, such as events
- Build a senior candidate network
- Promotion of partnership relationships
- Meet sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan, personal objectives and monthly 1:1 meetings with manager
- Service Excellence
Candidates should have:
- Organisation & Planning: The ability to plan, organise and priorities for short and longer term activities and objectives
- Business Development: The ability to gain long term value from both new and existing clients
- Building Relationships: The ability to proactively build relationships with clients and candidates that produce tangible results
- Communication: The ability to communicate with credibility gaining buy-in from both candidates and clients at all levels
- Networking: The ability to interact with others to exchange information and develop professional contacts
- Team Work/Collaboration: The ability to work with other consultants within the business to maximise commercial opportunities
- Market Knowledge: The ability to build and apply market and sector knowledge to gain a competitive edge
- Negotiation: The ability to engage with counterparts to obtain the best possible outcome for the business
We offer a holistic and supportive culture, in which you will be continually trained and developed. You will receive a basic salary of £27,000 - £35,000 based on experience, plus market leading commission, benefits and incentives.
