Description

This is a highly varied role working with a prestigious private company providing career services to Higher Education students internationally. Working with a close knit, high calibre team, you will have full responsibility for the smooth running of this small private business. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain entire IT estate for all employees and wider student community
  • Previous IT Admin work with Microsoft Azure/ Office 365/ Google Workspace Administration
  • Worked with broad computer Fleet including Mac, Windows and VOIP telephone systems
  • Prompt solution to IT tickets (Level 1 IT Support and troubleshooting)
  • Strong customer service skills: responsible for all staff onboarding and offboarding activity
  • Self starter, able to work efficiently autonomously whilst also supporting the wider team with ad hoc projects and activities

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a similar IT Support/ IT Admin/ IT Manager/ Operations Manager role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft, Mac and VOIP Telephone systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
