One of the top professional services firm is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert to join the CMS product team as a Contact Management Systems Administrator. In this role, you will work closely with the CMS Manager and the product team while developing, implementing and reporting on the newly integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage upgrades and system processes as per the CMS roadmap.
  • Support CMS team and provide second line CMS support
  • Create and configure reports as per the needs of the business.
  • Troubleshoot queries from business users and engage with key stakeholders for future developments.

Requirements and essential experience:

  • Experience in development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM databases.
  • Understanding of tenancy setups and integration with AD and Outlook/Exchange.
  • Expertise with PowerApps and PowerBi.
  • Familiarity with business processes, particularly with organisation, contact and pipeline processes, within professional services firms.
