Based in London Bridge this technology company is looking for a new Marketing Operations Manager to help build and drive Martech solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation you will be a member of the marketing team. Your responsibilities will lead to delivering more effective digital marketing.

Key details about what the role will be doing:

  • Manage the collation and upload of data from third parties
  • Integrate data led demand generation suppliers into our ecosystem
  • Work cross functionally to integrate new lead sources
  • A marketing automation super user, helping to drive forward ABM strategies
  • Facilitate the building of campaign assets, such as landing pages with CRM lead process integration
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Operations to help maintain data standards through lead and data capture
  • Provide data requests from multiple systems for team members to plan and build demand generation activities
  • Work with Data Science to fuel the sales organisation with new lead sources
  • Manage demand generation reporting, carrying out requests where necessary
  • Audit marketing technologies to identify untapped potential
  • Provision of campaign targeting data through database querying

Some skills we look for:

  • Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms
  • Strong experience in areas including database management
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and PECR
  • Experience of working with data visualisation platforms such as PowerBI
  • Multitasker, working well to short deadlines
  • Strong understanding of lead processes and flows within CRM (Salesforce desirable)
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Familiarity with database query languages (e.g. SQL / MySql)
