Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and content for the app to ensure users are consistently updated with local experiences
  • Deliver retailer launch events
  • Create ongoing engagement to keep users interested
  • Create a content structure that ensures content is easy to find and that it meets the needs of users by covering all necessary topics, being up to date and accurate
  • Coordinate, commission and project manage content, overseeing the work of external writers and internal departments
  • Engage retailers to provide exclusive content and special offers for app users, as well as ensuring they are able to use the vendor management systems
  • Create and edit engaging content, targeting specific groups when appropriate
  • Ensure that the leasing team and wider business is fully engaged throughout the process of any changes and developments of the app

Requirements:

  • Understanding of retail or experience of increasing footfall through use of content
  • Experience of managing and/or creating content would be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of online user experience, digital marketing techniques and digital analytics would be an advantage
  • Innovative thinker, using market change and competitor insights to promote change
  • Budget management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to work on own and as part of a diverse team
  • UK experience is essential
