Marketing Manager - Retail Engagement

Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and content for the app to ensure users are consistently updated with local experiences
- Deliver retailer launch events
- Create ongoing engagement to keep users interested
- Create a content structure that ensures content is easy to find and that it meets the needs of users by covering all necessary topics, being up to date and accurate
- Coordinate, commission and project manage content, overseeing the work of external writers and internal departments
- Engage retailers to provide exclusive content and special offers for app users, as well as ensuring they are able to use the vendor management systems
- Create and edit engaging content, targeting specific groups when appropriate
- Ensure that the leasing team and wider business is fully engaged throughout the process of any changes and developments of the app
Requirements:
- Understanding of retail or experience of increasing footfall through use of content
- Experience of managing and/or creating content would be an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of online user experience, digital marketing techniques and digital analytics would be an advantage
- Innovative thinker, using market change and competitor insights to promote change
- Budget management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work on own and as part of a diverse team
- UK experience is essential
