Description

A true pioneer in eye healthcare (servicing both NHS and Private clients) is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager for their London office to lead and contribute to projects that drive revenue growth.

Focus will be on the development and management of a wide spectrum of B2B marketing channels. They will also manage brand awareness and positioning within that market while managing lead generation, website development, content creation, and sales materials. This role will report directly to the Head of UK Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lead generation for B2B across the business
  • Develop and implement a full mix B2B marketing plan (branding, content, internal and external communications, events, digital strategy)
  • Report on market forecasts, trends and referrals from Optometrists
  • Conduct market analysis to provide insights on positioning and messaging
  • Build tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives to measure ROI

Key Requirements

  • Full mix B2B Marketing experience is a MUST
  • Experience in Healthcare or Not For Profit
  • Curiosity: continuously researching/testing different marketing channels & tactics for optimisation
