A family run home care agency are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead on their marketing, digital and brand awareness strategies and implementtion. Being an Outstanding rated care agency, they take pride in providing high quality relationship-led care to all their clients. You will be working closely with the directors to provide innovative solutions to educate and reach out to potential clients and caregivers.

The role:

  • Define and drive content marketing strategies and campaigns across all platforms including social media to generate leads, educate these potential clients and caregivers to generate leads and enquiries.
  • Deliver and improve paid campaigns including PPC
  • Optimise SEO
  • Increase brand awareness through creative content in local media as well as social media
  • Lead promotional and community engagement activity

Key skills and experience:

  • Experience within a stand alone marketing role in SME (B2C)
  • Able to strategise and deliver end to end campaigns
  • Expertise in digital marketing (PPC and SEO)

They offer flexible working, 40 hours a week full time or part time options are available as well. (Most days work from home and a few days in the office in Hampshire according to your own convenience)
