A family run home care agency are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead on their marketing, digital and brand awareness strategies and implementtion. Being an Outstanding rated care agency, they take pride in providing high quality relationship-led care to all their clients. You will be working closely with the directors to provide innovative solutions to educate and reach out to potential clients and caregivers.
The role:
- Define and drive content marketing strategies and campaigns across all platforms including social media to generate leads, educate these potential clients and caregivers to generate leads and enquiries.
- Deliver and improve paid campaigns including PPC
- Optimise SEO
- Increase brand awareness through creative content in local media as well as social media
- Lead promotional and community engagement activity
Key skills and experience:
- Experience within a stand alone marketing role in SME (B2C)
- Able to strategise and deliver end to end campaigns
- Expertise in digital marketing (PPC and SEO)
This is the right role for you if you share the management teams passion and engagement towards care and well being of the elderly. They offer flexible working, 40 hours a week full time or part time options are available as well. (Most days work from home and a few days in the office in Hampshire according to your own convenience)
