An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager who is ready for a new challenge.
With plans for growth, one of our well-known commercial real estate client is looking for the Marketing Manager to join a growing team in London. The role will suit someone with a creative flair. If you are Senior Marketing Executive, it may be a great set-up opportunity for you!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the day to day implementation of marketing activity and campaigns for core property roadmap
- Lead and deliver the marketing plan/roadmap, ensuring activity remains within budget and achieves planned ROI across all marketing touchpoints
- Defines objectives and deliverables to improve new customer acquisition growth, visitor traffic, and promote engagement with existing customers,
- Lead the day to day implementation of marketing activity and campaigns for core property roadmap
- In conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager, develop and maintain a content roadmap to increase social media presence and engagement
- Create compelling content and assets to promote property portfolio such as website copy, brochures, spec sheets, videos, Google 360s, emails, mailshots ensuring clear differentiation from others in the market to maintain unique brand positioning
- Monitor ongoing activity spend against budget, keep accurate records and highlight where variances occur
- Produce an accurate summary of total spend at the end of any marketing campaigns or activities
- Report campaign and activity results to senior management, explain and evaluate variances and make recommendations for improvements
KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- A skilled and experienced Marketing Manager
- Knowledge and experience within the property sector, preferably commercial property. Ideal but not essential.
- Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns and activities utilising the Marketing Mix
- Strong relationship builder at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills - ability to manage own workload, keep the department's administration side organised and work within set timescales
