An exciting opportunity has come up with one the oldest and most prestigious Belgian breweries, who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team based in Leuven, Belgium. In this instrumental role, you will have full ownership of the brand strategy, with focus on international growth and future innovations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ownership of full brand marketing strategy for the European markets
  • Delivery of net revenue, volume and brand equity
  • Responsible for brand positioning, tracking and brand strategy development
  • Communications and media plan execution
  • Events planning and execution
  • P&L responsibility
  • Close collaboration with trade marketing teams

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing/ brand management experience
  • Beverage/food and drink industry background is desirable
  • Proven track record of developing and running multiple campaigns
  • Experience in managing and working in collaboration with external agencies
  • Knowledge of media landscape and local markets trends
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Organised and resilient with great leadership skills
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch would be an advantage
