Great, well known retail brand in on the search for an experienced Marketing Manager with operational experience. Ready to hit the hit the ground running and help them deliver on upcoming projects and events.

You will be supporting the Head of Marketing Operations in developing a marketing plan which you will then execute and contribute to driving turnover and profit growth. You will have strong operational skills in a retail environment where you have worked with key stakeholders and outside agency's to deliver results.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing Operations to develop and execute the marketing plan on an annual basis, aligned to national category plans.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing Operations in communicating the performance and strategies to key stakeholders.
  • Seek opportunities to test marketing activities and mediums and share across multiple sites.
  • Develop a superior understanding of the consumer and have the ability to communicate impact of this internally with the relevant team.
  • Critically evaluate and provide a review of all marketing campaigns ensuring measurability and quality and share results with key stakeholders.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a retail or leisure environment.
  • Commercially aware and up to date with Retail industry news.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Operationally excellent and driven to deliver results.
  • Ability to operate strongly at an executional level.
  • Customer driven and focused qualities.
  • Ability to use initiative to meet Company objectives.
  • Highly motivated team player, committed to the company culture.

The Ideal candidate will have strong operational skills in the Retail marketing world. Must have an open and transparent communication style with the ability to listen influence and challenege where needed. The desire to question the status quo and build cases for change while still working effectivly in the team.

The role is based in London and has good links to most London stations. Working with a global retail brand that has flagship sites across a number of different markets.
