Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate marketing plans and activities to ensure products are effectively leased
  • Work closely with customer acquisition and online teams to deliver marketing materials to support interest and sales, to include but not limited to pitch documents, proposals, leasing app content and building leasing materials
  • Organise and deliver photography and videos
  • Review competitor offering, marketing trends, customer insight to develop detailed customer profiles and input to both marketing and commercial strategy

Requirements:

  • B2B marketing experience ideally in commercial property and/or from a service based environment
  • Clear thinker and good communicator
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Able to proactively question and challenge to prioritise and identify solutions in timely manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manner and give constructive feedback to agencies and peers
  • UK experience is essential
