Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Marketing function and work collaboratively with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager as part of the marketing management team
  • Manage the brand integration of our acquired companies
  • Ensure the timely and efficient production of high quality marketing collateral and key client reports/presentations across all divisions and brands
  • Create relevant, timely and engaging marketing content
  • Manage the marketing-related elements of group events
  • Support the Head of Marketing on PR-related initiatives
  • Ensure the company is entered into relevant industry awards in a timely manner and that all awards-related marketing opportunities are maximised
  • Ensure brand awareness and revenue generating opportunities are maximised in relation to company sponsorships
  • Manage internal communications projects, developing new and innovative ways to increase staff engagement
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing communications activities wherever possible
  • Produce marketing communications MI to keep the company's senior leadership team fully abreast of activity, successes, learnings, and future plans
  • Develop processes & procedures to deliver productivity enhancements within the Marketing Communications Team

Experience:

  • Deep breadth of understanding and experience across the whole marketing mix
  • Experience in a strategic and tactical marketing communications managerial role
  • Track record of managing a team of marketers
  • Experience of writing clear and engaging communications
  • Knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing
  • UK experience is essential
