Responsibilities:
- Lead the Marketing function and work collaboratively with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager as part of the marketing management team
- Manage the brand integration of our acquired companies
- Ensure the timely and efficient production of high quality marketing collateral and key client reports/presentations across all divisions and brands
- Create relevant, timely and engaging marketing content
- Manage the marketing-related elements of group events
- Support the Head of Marketing on PR-related initiatives
- Ensure the company is entered into relevant industry awards in a timely manner and that all awards-related marketing opportunities are maximised
- Ensure brand awareness and revenue generating opportunities are maximised in relation to company sponsorships
- Manage internal communications projects, developing new and innovative ways to increase staff engagement
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing communications activities wherever possible
- Produce marketing communications MI to keep the company's senior leadership team fully abreast of activity, successes, learnings, and future plans
- Develop processes & procedures to deliver productivity enhancements within the Marketing Communications Team
Experience:
- Deep breadth of understanding and experience across the whole marketing mix
- Experience in a strategic and tactical marketing communications managerial role
- Track record of managing a team of marketers
- Experience of writing clear and engaging communications
- Knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing
- UK experience is essential
