  • Work alongside the Marketing Managers, develop fully integrated strategic marketing plans and lead their delivery and implementation
  • Use own initiative to develop, design and execute external marketing material and campaign activity. This may include: seminars, conferences and exhibitions; marketing literature; email campaigns; social media activity; web content; thought leadership and presentations.
  • Deliver agreed plans and projects in line with the brand guidelines, to a high quality, on time and within budget
  • Monitor and measure success against marketing objectives and KPIs, sharing reporting with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities to optimise and adapt activity
  • Working with the Marketing Managers and teams to maintain a production schedule for insight and thought leadership
  • Using CRM, maintain a clear and up to date customer segmentation of data, cleansing and developing where required and ensuring all data is GDPR compliant
  • Work with external suppliers where required


  • Experience within the insurance market is desirable but not essential
  • B2B and/or B2C marketing experience is desired but again, not essential
  • Experience of lead generation is essential
  • Marketing planning
  • Campaign management
  • Digital marketing techniques
  • Copywriting for online & offline channels to drive traffic & leads
  • Microsoft Office
  • UK experience is essential
