A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Exec has arisen to join a global publishing company on a 2 month contract based in Central London, with potential for extension following this period.

The Marketing Executive will be working across a variety of the company's renowned products to drive usage, submissions and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with delivering effective email marketing campaigns and will be available immediately to join at a very busy time for the organisation. You will responsible for producing engaging customer-focused copy across social media and emails.

Key responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing - create and deploy email marketing campaigns to drive submissions, usage and brand awareness for the company's journals portfolio to end-users. This includes copywriting, data / audience segmentation, A/B testing to optimise results, and analysing and reporting on results
  • Measurement and reporting: Use Google Analytics and email marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Compile and prepare internal reports for stakeholders, and provide recommendations for future campaigns
  • Copywriting: Produce engaging customer-focused copy predominantly for emails and social media, and occasionally for print advertising
  • Stakeholder management - Communicate effectively and frequently with multiple internal stakeholders, using a win/win approach
