Marketing Campaign Manager - Consumer Finance - 9 Month FTC

Responsibilities:
- Work with Senior Marketing Managers to devise effective end-to-end marketing campaigns for the above products, aimed at acquiring new customers as well as retaining/cross-selling existing customers.
- Responsible for managing marketing campaign activity and budgets across digital channels (including Search, Affiliates and Aggregators, Email, Programmatic, Social, Video on Demand) and offline channels (including Branch Marketing, Direct Mail, DRTV, Out-of-home) for the above products.
- Understand the commercials behind the products and propositions, including revenue, income contributions to the business, costs and cost per acquisition.
- Understand ongoing campaign performance versus plan and proactively maximise opportunities / drive optimisations.
- Liaise with agencies for campaign creative assets briefing and development.
- Devise campaigns aimed at translating the Financial Services propositions and product features into compelling messages for our target customers.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience of running end-to-end marketing campaigns across BTL, TTL and ATL channels, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
- Excellent knowledge of the offline and digital channels and their roles as part of a multi-channel marketing strategy.
- High numeracy, ability to understand performance and drive commercial results.
- Strong understanding of measurement frameworks and tracking for online and offline campaigns.
- Creative eye and ability to judge what are the right assets by execution channels.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
- UK experience is essential.
