An excellent opportunity has been created for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join an exciting Children's charity based in central London!

If you are looking to grow and take on your own team where you have the flexibility to implement your own ideas and contribute to the strategy of the marketing, media, communications and content then this could be the role for you

As the Marketing and Communications Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Be a brand Guardian for the organisation
  • Work closely with the fundraising department
  • Project management of the marketing campaigns
  • Set the content plan and work with the content officer
  • Line manage 2-3 marketing officers
  • Work with the head of marketing and communications to Implement strategies and identify any opportunities that could improve the outcome
  • Ensure integration across the different teams
  • Identify any opportunities and have the ability to problem solve any obstacles

As an individual they are looking for;

  • Previous line management experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a charity or Non Profit organisation is preferred but not essential
  • Work well in a team and ability to build good cross team relationships and with external stakeholders and agencies
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and multi-task
