Marketing and Communications Manager
Become a Marketing & Communications Manager for a charity based in Cheshire this is a hybrid role reporting to The Head of Business Development.
As the Marketing & Communications Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, evaluating and enhancing current campaigns, and initiating new ideas for improving marketing efforts and generating cost-effective revenues by initiating new marketing tactics and modifying existing marketing strategies so that they support the goals of the organization.
Key responsibilities consist of :
- Ensure all material adheres to the brand values, identity and marketing strategy, aligning this with the strategic plan for the organisation
- Develop and schedule creative and innovative social media content to reach the brand's key audiences across a range of social media platforms
- Monitor and analyse all social media platforms and create a set of metrics to measure social media success
- Maximise Search Engine Optimisation to ensure their key messages reach as wide an audience as possible
- Ensure a strong branded presence at relevant events to promote campaign and fundraising initiatives.
You must have:
- Excellent knowledge of social media channels and how to use them effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding editorial and copywriting abilities.
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization.
- Experience working within a membership or charity organisation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies

Salary is £45,000 - £48,000 plus benefits
