Responsiblities:

  • Support admissions with pricing, including modelling, forecasting and impact analysis leveraging multiple inputs such as income, operating costs, market competition, capacity and more.
  • Provide performance reports and insights for admissions (sales) which drive improvements in our core conversion pathways
  • Analyse CRM (sales and marketing) data to gleam insight to drive further admissions performance
  • Analyse in-year enrolment data to provide in-year forecasting predictions
  • Build sensitivity analysis, propensity and predictability modelling to test various scenarios to optimise decision making
  • Identify best data sources and systems eg CRM and finance systems, to drive insight and next best action
  • Ensure quality assurance and adequate peer review to protect integrity of our data and analysis

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Analysis / Data Management / Insights.
  • Exceptional Excel and reporting skills with high attention to detail and presentation
  • Proficient experience with SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx, Databricks, Supermetrics)
  • High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel with large data sets.
  • Experience with / understanding of data science and statistical methodologies.
  • Experience in process improvement and implementation.
  • Experience working within a marketing/business intelligence environment.
  • Experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Experience of hands-on attribution modeling and building forecast models
  • Strong ability to work across multiple project
  • You'll be a strong communicator and able to translate data and explain key insights to stakeholders
