A leading retail financial services provider is seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst to help the business deliver actionable insights into current marketing and campaign activity.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the department's measurement framework and enhancing campaigns where appropriate.
- Deliver actionable insight based on sound data analysis of all marketing activity.
- Support teams to achieve their goals and objectives through the effective design and delivery of insight-led marketing campaigns.
- Provide effective analysis and interpretation of campaign effectiveness.
- Be responsible for all ad-hoc and formal campaign reporting to ensure business stakeholders are informed of effectiveness.
- Take ownership for producing all formal reporting to the Divisional management teams.
- Support the department's lead management process for all central enquiries into the business including, tracking, reporting, analysis, and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience, i.e. marketing analytics, with a strong background in marketing and an understanding the role data-led insights can have in improving the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Experience developing measurement frameworks and dashboards, utilising appropriate software (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Degree or equivalent (preferred).
