Reporting to the Customer Insights Manager this role will see you identifying market trends to enable business growth as well as looking at pricing strategies.

This large SaaS company will lean on you to provide key analysis that will drive the businesses commercial decisions. This will be used by the sales team, marketing team and also the commerial team.

The Role:

  • Your role will be to identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data, ensuring data and source accuracy to support our marketing teams in developing our market offering.
  • As guardian of our pricing strategy, you are passionate to not only provide insights but to shape business strategies, with a particular initial focus on optimising pricing, based on a deep knowledge of the market and our plans.
  • Conduct market research for market dynamics. Perform financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors.
  • Oversee and profile competitors and competitive products, researching and comparing competitor products, financials, marketing, pricing and sales tactics.
  • Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports and dashboards.
  • Keep the teams and organization informed with market & competitor trends, competitive offerings, financials, market positioning, developing systems to ensure we get accurate and timely information that reaches and impacts key stakeholders.
  • Review & renew pricing models, tools & processes, supporting marketing and sales teams, and to deliver a "No-hassle" transparent pricing and experience to our customers and facilitate business growth

About you:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market dynamics and business challenges.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Experienced in reviewing market trends to enable sales teams.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with experience managing 3rd party agencies.
