After being acquired late last year for 245m this International commercial property business is now looking to further grow its marketing department to help take them through their next period of growth. This is an exciting time to join the business with the recent appointment of a new Marketing Director you will be able to influence the future marketing strategy and help shape the marketing function.
Key responsibilities:
- Help to create marketing strategies for target audiences across all digital channels, social, email and web.
- Develop content for internal and external use, such as video scripts, presentations, and speeches.
- Copywrite for a range of different marketing materials.
- Managing and lead on briefings with external agency partners.
- Working alongside the digital marketing agency to help create and deliver social media strategies.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, providing recommendations and insights for improvements.
Key Skills required:
- Experienced in managing marketing communications through multi-channels.
- Experienced in delivering on retention and acquisition marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in planning and delivery end to end campaigns.
- Understanding of ROI and what good campaign metrics look like.
- Be a hands-on leader, with effective communication skills.
This role will see you working from their London city office they currently have a hybrid working model 4 days in the office one working from home.
