Reporting to a Senior Manager role will see you working within the E-commerce, digital and content team within wider digital transformation hub. We have already made hires into the hub who have been on-boarded successfully and are already rolling out key initiatives. This role will see you join a newly established London digital transformation hub of 30+ and will see you working with global offices around the world as you will be working in a global remit. This hub is made up of a high preforming team of experts within their field. We want you to be able to excel in the team as the Listening Room expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the Centre of Excellence Listening Room and the local Listening Rooms daily
  • Analyze main insights collected through listening rooms
  • Synthesize various data points collected to identify global/ regional trends
  • Following the guidelines implemented by management and conduct analyses to define personas
  • Collect data and conduct analyses for the Consumer Data Platform (CDP), generating insights
  • Create daily/ weekly reports on insights for leadership and communicate through email/ presentations

About you:

  • For this role you would have needed to work as a social listening or Social Media Analyst and have a strong understanding of the listening room function.
  • Understanding of digital marketing KPI's
  • Strong experience in analysing social data
  • Experience working with social listening tools.
  • Have a strong understanding of building personas.
