A Corporate Broking team within a leading financial services firm is looking for an Investor Relations and Corporate Access Coordinator to join its London based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the Investor Relations team in a busy and varied post.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Arranging meetings with shareholders following Corporate Clients results announcement, ad hoc visits and fundraisings
- Running shareholder reports to prioritise meeting allocation and investor targeting
- Co-ordinate feedback from sales and prepare briefing documents
- Booking meeting rooms, IT equipment and refreshments
- Arranging travel, hotel accommodation and chauffeur cars for corporate clients
- Ensuring all participating investors receive required documents
- Arranging print and delivery of client presentations
- Arranging for Corporate Clients to present to internal sales team
- Organising Roadshows (as above) for IPOs
- Managing Corporate Broking Team Diary
- Arranging meetings and client lunches
- Manage team expenses
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- General Administrative duties
The successful candidate will be very competent on all Microsoft and internal packages, have excellent organisation skills, works well under pressure and is good at multi-tasking. You will be a team player with a good sense of humour. Confident client liaison and communication skills at all levels is essential.
