A FTSE-listed global recruitment business is continuing to grow its communications team and is now looking for an Internal Communications Business Partner to support its marketing and HR functions in London. There will be opportunities to work from home and a sizeable budget to work with, so this is a role not to be missed.

Following the recent appointment of senior communications professionals from the financial and professional services sectors, they are looking for an internal communications professional with similar experience. The business partner will have a passion for increasing employee engagement and continually looks for new methods and tools to achieve it.

The business is going through a period of exciting change, with lots of programmes across the organisation. A hybrid working model will also require candidates to have experiencee of changes programmes and engaging semi-remote workforces.

Key skills and experience will include:

  • Significant internal communications experience within financial or professional services
  • Proven ability to provide internal communications counsel to senior leaders
  • Excellent content skills, with the ability to design multi-channel engagement campaigns
  • Experience business partnering with different business verticals
  • A natural storyteller, you will love to find the best stories to tell within an organisation
  • Experience in change programme design and implementation
  • Knowledge of the latest tools and communications methodologies
