This is an excellent chance to join a large, Blue Chip UK brand in a stimulating role focused on delivering internal communications around high profile change projects.
The organisation is a top 10 UK brand deploying on of the most diverse and largest multi site workforces in the country giving you a brilliant opportunity to strengthen your internal communications repertoire and profile in the industry. The role's main focus is to manage and deliver key internal communication projects for one of their most important workforce channels. Duties include managing an effective employee briefing process, creating a regular programme of communications content, managing the online content strategy and intranet, ensuring produced content is integrated across all communications channels and working with the senior channel manager to explore new and innovative channels of communication.
For this role you will have a proven track record in managing multi faceted, large scale internal communications programmes including face to face and intra net based. This will be ideally gained in an organisation with an industrial workforce but we welcome applicants from any large, blue chip business background who have exposure to workforce briefing processes.
