Are you an immediately available Internal Communications Business Partner interested in working for a leading corporate bank? Working closely with the HR Employee Communications team and reporting directly into the Director of HR and Employee Communications, you will help to raise awareness, increase engagement levels and embed HR activities across the bank.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to design a HR communications campaign and provide strategic advice and counsel.
  • Develop a deep understanding of HR and develop communications solutions creatively and effectively and to support development of broader employee communications plans.
  • Act as the interface between the HR Employee Communications team and Employee Communications colleagues to implement the HR communications campaign, simplifying the HR experience for colleagues.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications and recommend improvements.

Your profile:

  • Track record of delivering high quality employee communications and engagement activity preferably within the financial or professional services sector.
  • Excellent writing skills (reports, briefing packs, articles, online) to deliver complex material in a clear and compelling way.
  • Good understanding of employee communications best practice and techniques.
  • Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
