You will play a pivotal role in a launch of new membership related products to drive engagement. You will create and execute campaign plans to drive both financial and non-financial outcomes while sharing best practice with UK and international teams.

This person will use B2B and B2C marketing and communications to provide a wide range of services to internal and external audiences.


  • You will develop, coordinate and execute go-to-market marketing plans for insurance and personal financial learning and assessment services
  • You will be able to understanding market propositions to understand the needs, attitudes and behaviours of the customer
  • You will be collaborating with stakeholders to align messaging out to market
  • You will be leveraging insight analysis to develop persuasive messaging and positioning to differentiate new products to internal and external stakeholders
  • You will be managing lifecycle messaging that aligns marketing and communications through the product term and customer journey
  • You will be working autonomously (or where applicable, with the project, sales and/or marketing teams) on campaign requirements and timings
  • You will be consulting with subject matter experts on technical accuracy across all content and messaging
  • You will be developing and sharing effective campaign plans, presentations and measurement reports
  • You developing marketing collateral, sales brief sheets, FAQs, videos, vlogs and content for web pages
  • You will assist with creating emails and editing webpages (with support from the team)
