Based in Holborn this luxury retailer is looking for a new Insights Analyst join the wider digital team. This role is a new position due to a heavy investment from there large well known parent company. This retailer is looking to drive data driven decisions contributing in a large positive impact of user activity and revenue.

This role is extremely exciting as the business is backed by a large house hold name. You will have suburb training and a large amount of support from the wider data teams across the business.

This is your chance to be the part of something in fresh development. You will help mould and create the data strategy alongside the Head of CRM. You will also be a large influence in choosing the data systems instead of having to work your way around legacy data systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of CRM you will help develop the data strategy.
  • Manage and improve the mailing selection process for email marketing activities
  • Provide in-depth analysis across customer trends, online and in store behaviour journeys, geographic analysis and marketing activity.
  • Maintaining campaign Analysis through the campaign tooling FastStats
  • Build dashboards to share insights with the wider business

You will need to have:

  • Experience working within a retail or E-commerce business
  • Experience within PowerBi, SQL and Tableau would be excellent
  • A demonstrated ability to bring data to life
  • A strong understanding in Excel including pivot tables
  • Experiences drawing insights from data and presenting your findings to the wider business
  • Preferably a degree in a mathematically orientated discipline.
