EMR is exclusively working with an online subscription fashion retailer to recruit a digital savvy, Influencer PR Manager, in London.

As Influencer PR Manager, you will oversee the influencer and PR management for three brands that carry selections of shoes, handbags, jewellery and athleisure sportswear.

You will be at the forefront of influencer and social marketing strategies, responsible for building brand awareness with key regional fashion influencers, hosting the most exciting events and creating buzz around the brands.

Leading a team of country influencer and PR specialists, you will help devise and implement the strategy across Europe with a personal focus on the UK.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a team of country Influencer PR specialists to drive the strategy forward and introduce new fresh ideas, processes and ways of thinking into the EU markets, using the EU as a testing ground to implement successes globally
  • Act as a key brand ambassador and champion, being able to sell brands externally
  • Building the Influencer strategy from the ground up and defining strategy objectives, strategies and ROI measurement
  • Lead and drive the influencer outreach strategy for the UK market and overseeing Influencer & PR team of country specialists to protect brand reputation and the positive development of our brand image
  • Identifying, building and maintaining deep relationships with key media, influencers and brand partners and helping to drive strategic partnerships and collaborations across all three brands

To be successful as the Influencer PR Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Multi-level managerial experience, preferably with remote management experience
  • Excellent influencer and PR management skills across the fashion/beauty/wellness sector with evidence of creative, strategic and delivery experience
  • Experienced writing press releases and proven success of managing PR events and affiliate campaigns
  • Comfortable managing the process of creative ideation and execution of campaigns across social, digital and PR channels
  • Able to communicate across different areas of the brand, including liaising with international teams
  • Your core competence will be in understanding the ever-shifting online landscape and reacting to ensure the brands move with it
