A great opportunity for an interim Head of Sales Transformation and Operations to join a B2C property investment organisation.
You will be tasked with driving forward sales function and conducting full scale analysis on current procedures
Job Description
- to fully analyse the internal sales process from end to end
- to review sales operations with all senior stakeholders
- to identify weaknesses and bottle necks within the customer journey
- to suggest operational efficiency improvements
- to review all sales reporting
Your Responsibilities
- Driving productivity by simplification of processes and implementation of automation tools where appropriate
- Development and maintenance of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators.
- Overseeing Sales Incentive planning and governance.
- Partner with Sales leadership to create and maintain sales forecasting quality & integrity.
