A great opportunity for an interim Head of Sales Transformation and Operations to join a B2C property investment organisation.

You will be tasked with driving forward sales function and conducting full scale analysis on current procedures

Job Description

  • to fully analyse the internal sales process from end to end
  • to review sales operations with all senior stakeholders
  • to identify weaknesses and bottle necks within the customer journey
  • to suggest operational efficiency improvements
  • to review all sales reporting

Your Responsibilities

  • Driving productivity by simplification of processes and implementation of automation tools where appropriate
  • Development and maintenance of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Overseeing Sales Incentive planning and governance.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to create and maintain sales forecasting quality & integrity.
