A global software firm are recruiting for a Head of Product Marketing to lead their product marketing team. You will work with key stakeholders internally and externally as well as the product and sales team. They have a number of products which are already successful and are looking to launch new products this year.
You will lead a product marketing team and have support from the wider marketing team. This is a new role within the company and you will have the opportunity to make a large impact on their continued success.
They offer excellent benefits and a flexible working policy and are very proud of the positive culture they have created. To be suitable for this role you will have a wealth of experience in product marketing for B2B software and will have management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product messaging - work with stakeholders across organisation (inc. marketing, sales, product) to create compelling product messaging content
- Go-to-market planning - develop and plan product marketing campaigns and initiatives to support raising market awareness, lead generation and new business
- Create and deliver product marketing strategy
- Manage Product Marketing team
- Lead internal discussion around direction of product positioning and messaging
- Stakeholder management - work collaboratively with sales and product leadership ensuring appropriate buy-in and support in development of all programmes and initiatives
- Sales development and execution - generate a quality lead pipeline to support overall commercial goals
Requirements:
- Solid experience in a Head of Product Marketing position in B2B software is essential
- Experience of generating go-to-market propositions for products to generate leads
- Hands on management experience
- Carried out successful product launches
- Created and defined product marketing strategy and managed budgets
- Extensive experience of working with Product and sales teams
- Worked with stakeholders and teams in different locations
- Experience with marketing automation and email campaigns
- Excellent track record of producing content across a variety of channels
