Description
Responsibilities:
- Leading the B2B acquisition through campaign management
- Championing consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels
- Creating processes, templates and structure to execute on your strategies
- Maintaining a high level of design and writing style across your assets
- Managing workstreams within the marketing team and getting involved
- Setting, tracking and forecasting your budget across multiple digital channels
- Working closely with the business development sales team to create effective and creative acquisition campaigns
- Ensure your team works closely with the customer success, education and product teams to developer subscriber engagement and product understanding
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of campaigns
- Run live sessions with partners, media or influencers in our industry
- Planning and supporting the execution of drip campaigns, sponsored social media, web SEO/SEM and display advertising
- Supporting the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns; including events (online until they return offline!)
- Planning out website to improve conversion
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing a SAAS B2B technology product or service ideally in payments
- Managed a team and/or a sizeable budget
- Have experience of lead generation and lead nurturing
- Deep experience in B2B digital marketing process and successful strategies
- Have worked in a growth start-up or scale-up previously
- Connect with the challenges of small businesses and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Comfortable with analytical skills and data driven thinking
- Experience in the accounting or business finance industry is desired
- A fiendish eye for design, detail and empathy for our customers
- Experience in building successful email campaigns e.g. Pardot and Salesforce
- Knowledge of running marketing database, segmentation and personalisation
- A great love for content and inbound marketing (side romance with brand and social encouraged)
- Bachelor or masters in marketing or a related field
- Knowledge of website analytics tools eg Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Intercom
- UK experience is essential
