The main objectives of the role include:

  • Working closely with Marketing Director while defining marketing strategy that is aligned with business objectives
  • Maximising the use of content and insight across B2B and B2C marketing to establish company thought leadership in the market.
  • Managing a B2B team delivering insight-led marketing to major African employers
  • Including the planning, development and management of a portfolio of HR conferences with an accompanying online community.
  • Leading a B2C marketing effort aiming to deliver employer brand promotion and insight objectives for clients, as well as talent acquisition targets for managed client campaigns and GCC's overall talent pool.
  • Setting the company brand strategy and ensuring effective brand guardianship throughout their team and the wider business.

Your profile:

  • Wealth of experience managing multi-channel marketing campaign
  • Experience working with emerging markets
  • You've got strong experience in content marketing
  • You understand digital marketing across the various channels
  • You're an excellent communicator, with superb writing skills
  • You're a flexible and adaptable individual with a good understanding of diversity
  • You're fluent in English, while fluency in French and or Portuguese would be a bonus.
  • You're an excellent time manager with the ability to meet ambitious deadlines.
  • You are an inspirational people manager.
