Head of Marketing
Join an established and growing organisation as the Head of Marketing, reporting directly to the UK General Manager. With 13 years of successful operation in the UK and ambitious plans for future expansion, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts to new heights.
Purpose of the Role
Lead and oversee the marketing strategy for our UK franchise group, with a strong focus on digital marketing, lead generation, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Formulate and lead comprehensive marketing strategies across all franchise brands. Collaborate with Brand Marketing Managers and the commercial sales leadership team to enhance brand equity and sales pipelines.
- Digital Marketing: Align digital marketing KPIs and track team progress to ensure the success of campaigns and organisational objectives.
- Lead Generation: Partner with leadership to implement strategies that significantly boost inbound lead generation, supporting brand growth and grassroots activities.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing ROI/ROAS, lead generation, and business outcomes.
- Conversion Focus: Drive improvements in conversion rates and value creation.
- Communications and PR: Manage engaging communications and PR campaigns to elevate brand profiles.
- Social Media Alignment: Ensure social media messaging and campaigns are consistent with the overall marketing strategy.
- Digital Campaigns: Develop informative, engaging, and motivational digital marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, SEM, and marketing databases.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach marketing managers to align with the overall franchise strategy.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with teams to ensure ongoing lead generation in line with marketing spend, providing recommendations as needed.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role.
- Expertise: Strong background in customer acquisition and acquisition marketing, with experience in both B2C and B2B marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Leadership: Demonstrated team management and digital marketing expertise.
- Skills: Excellent organisational, planning, and communication abilities.
- Trends and Tools: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
The salary range for this position is £90,000 - £100,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus and a generous benefits package.
