A quirky brand of chain restaurants is looking for a Head of Marketing to develop and implement their overall Marketing and Communications strategy across domestic and international markets. Strong emphasis on digital marketing to drive growth.

As a key member of the Leadership team, you will provide a strategic input on the wider Company strategy, with an opportunity to implement some exciting changes.

The role

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy across all global locations
  • Work alongside the Leadership team to contribute towards crafting the overall company strategy
  • Develop strategies to boost sales and profits for locations that may require additional support
  • Own and develop customer experience metrics
  • Drive our Corporate Social Responsibility Agenda
  • Develop and track annual marketing budgets at a global and local level
  • Lead marketing campaigns across all channels such as PR, Digital, Brand, and Events. Strong focus on digital marketing to drive growth
  • Lead the change in positioning of the brand and rebranding where necessary
  • Lead the improvement of customer engagement, boosting loyalty across the brand
  • Work with our operations department to innovate the food and drink offering
  • Create and produce ROI reports on all marketing activity, measuring success and recognising where progression can be made.

Your previous experience & ability.

  • Have previous experience in the hospitality industry or a passion for food
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and using digital to drive growth
  • Strong brand, digital, social media and PR experience
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in delivering customer engagement and building audiences online and offline.
  • Be successful within a small business environment with the passion, initiative and energy that makes things happen.
  • Know how to measure what you do and are motivated by improving the numbers
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach in dealing with multi-tasking, tight budgets and deadlines.
