A new opportunity has arisen to join one the Britain's most known and loved businesses as Senior Communications Planning Manager (Head of level). This instrumental role will oversee the planning and execution of all outbound communications, leading the digital channel response and optimisation of the CRM strategy.
Main responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for strategy and implementation of the CRM communications plans to optimise engagement across all channels
- Scheduling, delivery and planning of promotional activities to key audiences
- Managing the overall communications plan, working closely with CRM department operations and the Head of Planning and Design
- Full accountability over planning and finalising the comms calendar, managing relationships across all teams within the business
- Leading the team of four to achieve commercial sales targets
- Leading the digital channel response across all campaigns, working closely with Marketing and Brand teams
- Responsible for optimisation of all campaigns, feedback to CRM team as well as reporting and analysis requirements
- Liaising with the Content team to ensure consistency of brand message
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2C ecommerce environment in a communications planning role
- Experience in CRM planning and delivering personalised campaigns to drive sales growth
- Exceptional planning background
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of optimisation and analytics packages
- Self-motivated, organised with excellent attention to detail
