Global Senior Marketing Manager - Consultancy

£55000 - £65000 per annum + bonus, pension

Global senior marketing opportunity with a pre-eminent strategy consultancy.

You will join a pre-eminent global advisory firm and drive client awareness of, and interest in, the consulting arm. You will work with the global marketing team responsible for designing and delivering a strategy and plan that supports the business to meet growth and retention objectives. In doing so, you will develop compelling issue-driven marketing campaigns and role these out globally through marketing teams in each local country.

Remit Overview:

  • Work with the Advisory marketing team, solution leads and other senior consultants to create and implement planned campaigns
  • Create content-led campaigns that leverage all marketing channels to drive leads including internal and external communications, thought leadership, BD assets, PR, webinars and events, social media and advertising
  • Support regional marketing teams to deliver prioritised global campaigns at a local level
  • Work with marquee client account leaders as appropriate to build targeted campaigns that help grow these important accounts
  • Design and develop timely content pieces that support business goals
  • Draft external communications content for emails, webinars, presentations, videos and blog posts
  • Organise, produce content for, and promote external webinars in support of campaigns
  • Help to build a portfolio of best in class BD materials and case studies for internal and external use
  • Create project and campaign plans, and work with other marketing campaign managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Communicate with stakeholders and subject matter experts within the business to collect feedback and input on projects
  • Liaise with agencies and other suppliers for cost estimates, timeframes and progress updates
  • Work with the rest of the consulting and marketing team to ensure that internal communications channels such as the intranet pages, internal social and global newsletters are used as an effective channel for promotion of campaigns and messages
  • Partner with marketing automation colleagues to ensure best practices are incorporated in the content design for email campaigns
  • Partner with social media marketers and champions to drive leads through social media content streams in support of global marketing campaigns

Credential Overview:

  • Strategic marketing experience in a professional environment
  • Proven experience leading and implementing global marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience creating issue-led content campaigns
  • Previous experience effectively managing budgets, timelines, and vendors
  • Experience producing webinars, videos and blogs is an advantage
  • Competent in the use of digital and social channels
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent proof-reading skills
  • Highly collaborative and able to contribute to a positive team ethic
  • Intelligent and able to proactively look for ways to support the team effectively
