A global FMCG organisation is looking for an expert Qualtrics user to act as an Global Employee Survey Lead on a 4 month contract.

This is a relatively new function to the business, however, over the space of 2 years the team has grown from 0 to 5.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement employee experience research and analysis
  • Develop multi-language surveys for employess
  • Create Qualtrics dashboard for the purposes of analysing data and providing feedback
  • Support technical developments including user support and systems.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years in a similar role - employee focused
  • 3+ years of experience using Qualtrics
  • Project management experience
