Key responsibilities:

  • Support both EMEA and Global learning and development programs - coordinating courses, sending out communications etc
  • Drive learning and development initiatives which align with the needs of the company and colleagues around the world
  • Identify development needs at an organisational, team and individual level
  • Design and roll out development programmes which are delivered either by third parties, colleagues or the Global Learning and Development Manager themselves
  • Manage a range of delivery channels including: eLearning, Learning Management platforms, webinars, face to face training events, courses provided by third parties, coaching programmes, etc
  • Manage the learning and development budgets
  • Engage internal stakeholders, build strong and collaborative business relationships
  • Provide coaching to managers to help reach complex decisions on all aspects of people management.
  • Help with training program roll outs
  • Lead specific development initiatives, including Apprenticeship Levy, Performance Management processes, etc
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate, measure and modify training where needed.

Key skills:

  • The person must have some global program coordination experience
  • They must have a good open personality and be engaging and consumer focused
  • Worked in an agile environment
  • Worked in a technology/retail environment
  • Consumer focused
  • German speaking desirable
