Job Description

Are you a senior level internal and employee communications specialist looking for their next contract or interim role?

EMR is working with a global business to business, and business to consumer financial services provider, headquartered in London. They are seeking to hire an Employee Communications Manager to help with the implementation of their global comms plan. In this role, you'll work with senior stake-holders and provide internal communications support. This is a fixed term contract position for a 12 month duration. To be successful, you'll need to be a strong copy writer.

Your remit will be to create content and communications across a number of geographical locations. As the Employee Communications Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include :

  • Deliver internal communications and employee engagement plans over a number of jurisdictions.

  • Develop and manage campaigns across a number of channels.

  • Work with stakeholders and advise them in achieving their employee engagement communications objectives.

  • Measure the outcomes of internal communications initiatives and identify measures of success.

As the newly appointed Employee Communications Manager your background, experience and attributes will include :

  • Strong experience within internal communications experience within a global or large company.

  • The ability to demonstrate excellent stakeholder skills to work closely with senior leadership,

  • Strong content creation and copywriting experience is essential for this position.

  • Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
