Superb developmental role driving cultural change, messaging and product awareness with a global real estate investor.
Joining a global name undergoing significant brand positioning change, you will be take the lead on defining, planning, creating and executing the UK Capital Markets plan, deploying European Capital Markets campaigns, and bringing both European and Local initiatives together.
You will work with the UK Capital Markets teams to help them deploy relevant content, programmes, tools and messaging into their country specific business plans.
Remit Overview:
- Work with our European Investor Marketing team, to tailor service specific content, messages, toolkits and campaigns to deploy in local markets
- Define and own the strategic marketing requirements for all audiences within the UK Capital Markets business
- Work with a number of teams including EMEA Marketing, Capital Markets and Research, work to understand local client behaviour, needs and sentiment towards the firm, its services and competitors
- Tailor, deploy and create content and tools that help to establish JLL's investor positioning and communicate our value proposition and explain our services to our investor audiences throughout UK
- Work with internal teams and use EMEA and local investor insights and themes to drive the local investor client journey. In turn, create ad-hoc local marketing campaigns, tools and content to build positive sentiment and change audience behaviour in our target segments
- Tailor EMEA content to enable our Sales teams to challenge the assumptions, conventions and practices of their audiences at a business and product level
- Work with a number of stakeholders to define, agree and execute the UK Investor Marketing plan:
- Propose and agree specific Sales tools to communicate agreed themes and work with our EMEA teams to integrate pan-European activities, campaigns and themes into local activity
- Define and select UK Investor events that the Sales team should create or attend
- Define and agree UK sales campaigns with counterpart UK Sales teams and provide detailed input to the European team to ensure our Investor Marketing material takes into account audience and business requirements
- Work with counterparts in other markets to review and provide input into country-specific plans
- Own the local marketing budget, creating forecasts, monitoring spend, ensuring value and deploying ROI analysis
- Be the go-to person for teams in the Marketing Communications Hub responsible for creating channels or content that will service the UK Capital Markets audiences
Skills & Experience:
- Appreciable experience of marketing to Institutional Investors
- A proven understanding of the investor market - with clear insights into its structure, direction and the challenges that investors face
- Able to interface with internal sales teams, understand their feedback and develop tools and content to address their needs
- Able to understand and build upon audience insights, and turn them into compelling local marketing campaigns and communications
- A proven track record of working in a hub-and-spoke marketing environment
- An independent, proactive and flexible approach to help the business develop marketing processes, operating models and campaigns
- A proven track record of co-ordination and project management delivery
- Skilled at interpersonal communications and at building strong working relationships
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
