A UK based financial services lender based in the Thames Valley is seeking a Marketing Director to assist the business with it's brand and marketing strategy, which would then lead to an increase in B2B mortgage business.

2-days a month in the office. Can be remote for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the UK brand & growth strategy.
  • Review and distribute all client-facing promotional content, including web portal sites, educational hub content, email newsletters, educational webinar decks, posters, flyers, and trade event collateral.
  • Update promotional material, ensuring campaigns are segmented and targeted to maximize ROI.
  • Take ownership of driving lead generation activities, ensuring efforts are aligned to delivering the desired outcomes.
  • Maintain and promote brand values across all client-facing media and PR.
  • Take ownership of NPS tracking and public reviews (e.g., Google & TrustPilot ratings).

Requirements:

  • Track record in marketing in B2B mortgages
  • Proven experience in brand management, including strategic positioning
  • Experience building campaign automation strategies
  • Ability to lead and drive a team covering product and marketing
  • Proven copy writing skills that are engaging
  • Great eye for detail with excellent proof-reading abilities
  • Ability to use insights from campaign results and market/client research to improve marketing activity plans
  • Experience reporting on campaign successes to senior stakeholders to shape overall company strategy
  • Managing and planning internal PR strategies to strengthen brand values
  • Experience with WordPress site editing and development
  • UK experience is essential. No sponsorship will be given now or in 2-years time

£110-130,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Hybrid working BUT for the right person, this role could be 2 days a month in the office
