A billion pound gaming company is about to embark on it's most ambitious two year digital development roadmap to ensure they deliver a first class player experience across App and Web.

This is an opportunity to join a brand new team working collaboratively across the business to deliver best in class digital initiatives.

DIGITAL MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day responsibility for delivering the continuous improvement roadmap, which includes working collaboratively with Global Development,
  • Champion effective ways of working across Digital Operations, Digital Planning and Design and Global to deliver best in class initiatives.
  • Responsible for working collaboratively with the Global Delivery Teams ensuring teams are up-to-speed on the current initiatives and are working on schedule - raising concerns or issues to the PMO team.
  • Responsible for giving key updates and escalating key issues to the Head of and relevant stakeholders at key meetings, including the Board.
  • Day to day responsibilities of ensuring the App is available during agreed times within the Play and Apple Stores.
  • Responsible for managing the overall relationship with key vendors ensuring the latest product/software updates are reviewed and if required included on the continuous improvement roadmap. These include maxymiser (Oracle), Other Levels, YARD and TUNE.
  • Provide transparency to senior managers and stakeholders across all continuous improvement initiatives
  • Digital lead for ensuring risk is documented with the appropriate team for all new initiatives. Ownership of this risk post go live of all initiatives.
  • Digital lead for managing the launch of new initiatives ensuring appropriate contingency plans are in place and appropriate support across all teams..
  • You will own the relationship with key external business partners, including Google and Apple to ensure the smooth running and availability of Android and IOS App.
  • You will be the main business relationship owner of Maxymiser ensuring we have the correct third party support for all MVT tests. You will ensure Digital Product Managers brief Maxymiser appropriately on any new tests and that they work to the overall budget for external support for MVT.

DIGITAL MANAGER'S EXPERIENCE

  • Influence: You are capable of explaining even the most complex situation. Through empathy and understanding you're capable of building consensus and taking your stakeholders on a journey.
  • Planning: You have exceptional experience in both project management and planning. You are experienced in leading others to deliver on agreed milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective in managing multiple stakeholders both internal and external to deliver on projects and appropriate service levels.
  • You're an experienced and skilled thinker. You think clearly and logically, you're capable of objective analysis and you approach problems in a consistent and systematic way.
