Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the acquisition budget and assign to tactics as per acquisition plan
  • Manage the Google and Bing PPC accounts including regular performance audits and testing to optimise spend
  • Implement organic search optimization plan to improve ranking for key search terms
  • Set up and implement acquisition email programme using dotMailer
  • Plan and implement a programme to increase acquisition traffic and improve conversion
  • Assist with website builds, testing, and on-going website maintenance
  • Manage the Google Analytics account and report on clicks, quotes, conversions - working closely with the analytics and pricing team
  • Be the source of truth for Google Analytics and ensure all members of the team can access and report on the data they need
  • Manage affiliate and affinity partnerships
  • Train and work closely with the Marketing Assistant on implementing acquisition tactics

Requirements:

  • B2B online and offline experience is essential
  • Experience of Sitecore would be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of Google and Bing advertising programmes (PPC, display etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of the facebook advertising programme
  • Experienced in optimising websites and website content for search - clear understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them
  • Experienced in using a bulk marketing email system such as dotMailer, and sending acquisition emails, both ad hoc and automated
  • Experience of using WordPress to manage websites
  • Experience of testing variations on websites, ads etc to improve conversions
  • Knowledge of how affiliate schemes work
  • UK experience essential
