Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement the acquisition marketing plan (on and offline) in line with the wider marketing strategy and plan
- Manage the acquisition budget and assign to tactics as per acquisition plan
- Manage the Google and Bing PPC accounts including regular performance audits and testing to optimise spend
- Manage social advertising campaigns, including facebook - aligned with the organic social marketing plan
- Work with marketing assistant on SEO to improve rankings for key search terms
- Generate leads from email using DotDigital
- Plan and implement a testing and improvement programme to improve conversion
- Manage the Google Analytics account and report on clicks, quotes, conversions - working closely with the analytics and pricing team
- Be the source of truth for Google Analytics and ensure all members of the team can access and report on the data they need
- Manage affiliate and affinity partnerships
- Assist with website projects and create landing pages for digital campaigns
Requirements:
- Acquisition focused marketing role (On and offline)
- In-depth knowledge of Google and Bing advertising programmes (PPC, display etc.
- In-depth knowledge of the facebook advertising programme
- Experienced in SEO - demonstrate a clear understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them
- Confidence working with third parties such as affiliate managers and partners
