Description

Main duties:

  1. To plan and execute CRM campaigns alongside two CRM Executives, including writing copy for SMS and email activations and reviewing final drafts to ensure our tone of voice and brand guidelines are closely followed.
  2. Taking ownership of the email testing calendar to ensure that we take a data-driven approach to creative decision making and that we're making constant improvements to the channels.
  3. Driving the development and implementation of the Social Media strategy by coming up with ideas for new campaigns and seeing them from ideation through to delivery.
  4. Working alongside the Social Media Designer to create high quality and engaging written, image and video content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
  5. Remain up-to-date and informed about social media trends and developments.
  6. Tracking performance of social media posts and reporting back to the CRM and Social Media Manager on a weekly basis.
  7. Ensuring ALL CRM and Social Media activity is of the highest standard and on-brand.
  8. Monitor email, SMS, push and social media activity of competitors.
  9. Approach all tasks positively and passionately whilst proactively seeking to improve CRM / Social Media performance.

Required skills

  • 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the travel sector.
  • A strong understanding of social media channels and CRM best practices.
  • This is an extremely creative role, so the ideal candidate would be a natural creative.
  • Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Experience using Photoshop is preferred but not essential.
